Your day in Roatán

Discover the east side of Roatán with a local bilingual guide. Board a water taxi in Oak Ridge, see the community’s houses over the water and travel through the mangrove tunnel. The itinerary also includes zipline adventure, a tuk-tuk ride through Punta Gorda and Oak Ridge, and a Garifuna cultural visit in Punta Gorda. Scenic photos and local souvenirs in First Bight are part of the planned route, subject to available time. Additional stops can be discussed with your guide when the schedule permits. Round-trip transportation is included; snorkeling, meals and drinks, including Guifiti tastings, are not included.

Before you go

Bring comfortable clothing and footwear, a hat and sunscreen. Confirm your pickup point and time, and tell us about mobility needs before booking. Each activity has its own age, height, weight and health requirements. Children under 4 join the base tour free; this does not guarantee access to every activity. Follow the staff’s instructions when observing or interacting with wildlife. Bring swimwear if you wish to swim, a towel, a change of clothes and a dry bag. Zipline participation is not recommended for people with heart or back conditions.
